Position Description:
Under the direction of the Department Manager and/or Supervisor the Laboratory Assistant is responsible to perform laboratory testing following the policies and procedures of the Laboratory Department and the hospital. The Laboratory Assistant utilizes the process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate Laboratory performance.
