About the Position

\n
• Lead the global ASC 740 tax provision process, including ETR, deferred taxes, FIN 48, and related disclosures.
\n
• Oversee U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance while partnering with external advisors.
\n
• Support Pillar 2, transfer pricing, and other international tax initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
\n
• Partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and executive leadership on tax reporting, planning, and strategic initiatives.
\n
• Drive process improvements, SOX compliance, and tax automation efforts across the tax function.
\n
• Mentor junior team members and serve as a key contributor within a growing global tax team.
\n

Compensation & Location

\n
• Base Salary: $160K - $200K + Bonus
\n
• Hybrid Schedule: 2 days per week in office
\n

Ideal Background

• Strong ASC 740 experience is a must-have

• 7 - 12 years of tax experience from public accounting and/or multinational corporate tax environments

• Public company and international tax experience highly preferred
